R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Director of Process Engineering, Physician Billing, to partner with physician billing leadership, translate workflows into clear requirements, and drive solutions across Product and Engineering. The role requires healthcare revenue cycle expertise and leadership experience, with up to 25% travel.

You will work with cross-functional teams to map processes, implement automation, and support successful deployment in hospital billing workflows.

• Experience in healthcare operations or revenue cycle management.
• Experience leading and developing associates.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into clear requirements and implementation plans.
