Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist in Nevada.
• DPT required; doctoral degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in higher education.
• Experience with CAPTE accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Assure program accreditation and licensure approvals with regulatory agencies.
• Coordinate strategic planning and budget development for the SOPT.
• Monitor budgetary expenditures on an on-going basis.
• Establish policies to comply with accreditation standards.
• Maintain relationships with accrediting bodies and internal leadership.
• Lead faculty committees and coordinate program development.
• Recruit, supervise and develop faculty and staff for the SOPT.
• Oversee curriculum development and clinical education placements.
• Ensure ongoing program assessment and outcomes reporting.
