Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Nevada with current credentials.
• DPT required; earned academic doctorate preferred.
• Minimum five years of clinical practice experience.
• Five years of full-time teaching in a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Leadership experience in higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assure program accreditation/licensure approvals.
• Coordinate strategic planning for the School of Physical Therapy.
• Develop and manage SOPT budget with the Dean of the College of Health and Human Services.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure regulatory standards.
• Maintain CAPTE communications and leadership changes notification.
• Lead faculty and staff development; recruit and hire.
• Foster external partnerships with healthcare agencies, foundations, and schools.
• Oversee curriculum development and clinical placements.
