Job summary

OpenLoop in the United States is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Operations to own the execution engine of the pharmacy operations—systems, formulary configuration, partner-network, and end-to-end order fulfillment.

You will lead two lanes, partner with Product daily to replace manual workarounds with infrastructure, scale processes, and ensure compliant operations across 50-state coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in operations, fulfillment, systems, or pharmacy operations, including 4+ years leading teams.
• Proven people leadership across disciplines and ability to hire and build out a team.
• Demonstrated success scaling a high-volume operations or fulfillment function.
• Experience partnering with Product or Engineering on operational tooling and requirements.
• Experience building process, documentation, and repeatable systems.

Responsibilities

• Own Systems & Formulary: configuration for medication orders, SKU/formulary builds, state routing, and integration health.
• Own Network & Fulfillment Operations: manage partner-pharmacy network and end-to-end order fulfillment.
• Own service levels and routing outcomes: drive SLAs and redesign exceptions to curb backlog.
• Partner with Product and Engineering daily to translate problems into scalable tooling.
• Harden and rebuild pharmacy operational processes to scale without interrupting growth.
• Close the documentation gap to enable self-service and reduce exceptions.
• Own readiness for new products and formulations with clinical input and state coverage.
• Ensure audit and inspection readiness with Quality and Compliance.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team and drive automation.
