Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. seeks a senior manager to lead the Permanency Services Program. The role oversees daily operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and guides clinical and administrative activities.

A strong emphasis is placed on staff development and cross-team collaboration. The successful candidate will have a Master’s in human services (or be enrolled within 6 months) and at least two years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services field or willingness to enroll within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Permanency Services Program.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee clinical and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise and support staff development.
• Represent the agency in public and private forums.
• Promote cultural sensitivity and teamwork across the organization.
