Job summary

West Oaks Hospital in Houston is seeking a Director of Risk Management/QAPI to lead risk evaluation, incident review and corrective action planning for patient care services across inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will develop and monitor the risk program in alignment with UHS TERM standards, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with clinical leadership to minimize risk while maintaining high quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• RN license required.
• Three years of clinical experience in psychiatric settings with knowledge of JCAHO/CMS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and monitors a Risk Management program in line with UHS TERM standards.
• Leads risk evaluation, incident review and corrective action coordination.
• Serves as a key partner with clinical leadership to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
