ClickHouse is seeking a Director, People Systems to own the strategy, architecture, and ongoing evolution of the company's global people systems ecosystem with Workday at its core. • Lead the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of Workday across modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking.

• Partner with People, Finance, IT, Security, and business leaders to translate organizational needs into scalable technology solutions.
