Job summary

Walmart US seeks a Director, People Strategy to lead HR systems and talent management strategies across the organization. You will champion integration, drive communication plans, and mentor succession planning to sustain a high-performing workforce.

You will partner with senior leaders, using analytics and digital tools to inform decisions, improve associate experience, and promote continuous improvement in alignment with Walmart's values and operating excellence in Bentonville, AR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, communications, journalism, business, or related field.
• 5 years' experience in HR, communications, business, or related area OR 7 years' experience in HR, communications, business, or related area.
• 1 year's supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and enterprise People strategies.
• Translate priorities into talent, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Leverage analytics, AI, and digital solutions to improve decision-making and employee experience.
