Job Description Summary
The Director, People Partnering plays a crucial role in providing strategic talent consultation and hands-on support to our Global Occupier Services (GOS) executive leadership, service line and platform leadership team, and other key management team members within the service line, solutions, and transformation organizations. This role is essential for addressing the needs of GOS growth initiatives.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Consultation: Offer expert advice and strategies to enhance talent management and development.
- Hands-On Support: Provide direct assistance to executive leadership and key management teams.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leaders, the Head of People Partnering for GOS, and the broader GOS People team.
- Talent Initiatives and Projects: Lead and support key talent initiatives and projects related to strategy, global talent management, and HR best practices.
- This People Partner will be instrumental in driving the success of our talent initiatives and ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with the overall goals of the GOS organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partner in the execution and delivery of value-added HR services, including but not limited to: performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, compensation planning, and project management.
- Work with business and HR leaders to build, enhance and/or integrate existing tools for training and development for key talent in a growth sector within our organization, specifically focused on the needs of our talent within specific service lines that will add to GOS’s growth strategy
- Lead talent management strategic initiatives aligned to the global growth of the business.
- Drive a team of COEs and business leaders on initiatives like talent incubator. Ensure success metrics are achieved and escalate gaps
- Partner with the People Analytics team to have critical data and dashboard to drive business decisions
- Partner across geographies and business lines within CW to address talent risks (skilled trades, workforce planning, talent segmentation)
- Lead strategies to identify and proactively build a warm pipeline of talent without our critical talent segments and partner with HR colleagues to ensure pipeline leveraged across the GOS platform
- Act as a key point of contact for HR-related processes, issues/questions for the assigned internal client teams and service line organizations
- Collaborate with HR leadership, compensation team and on key compensation initiatives such as benchmarking, title mapping, job grading and reviewing compensation programs
- Support Diversity Equity and Inclusion initiatives in partnership with the DEI team. Partner on the development of business-specific strategies and global implementation
- Support any initiatives, programs and projects to further the GOS global platform, including but not limited to the scope of the service line and new business initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to build a global community for a global business unit through innovative onboarding, induction and integration tools and resources.
- Work with the broader GOS People team on key priorities and projects across multiple HR disciplines, including, but not limited to: compensation, diversity and inclusion, governance and policy, change management, talent management, performance management, HRIS, and acquisition integration.
- Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities to drive more effective, efficient or productive behaviors within the business operations or the HR processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field required
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in human resources
- Prior people management experience
- Evidence of business acumen with proven results in influencing and advising managers and leaders at all levels whom are both virtual and local
- Self-Starter; results oriented and motivated professional
- Professional and polished at all times, ability to perform as a trusted advisor
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity – can navigate through a complex, multi-faceted organization with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to think and work on a global platform
- Demonstrated knowledge about where to find and attract talent using a social media platform and other effective methods
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to proactively communicate and build partnerships at all level
- Computer proficiency with advanced skills in Excel, Power Point, and other Office suite applications. Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
