Based in our HQ in Southlake, TX you will be partnering with the Tech Engineering and Product Organization , HR Centers of Excellence and the global People Business Partner t eam globally to make an impact at Sabre. The Director People Business Partner (PBP) position is responsible for aligning talent strategies with business objectives . The position serves as a strategic consultant to the business, Product and Technology, on p eople strategy and plan. A successful PBP acts as a team member champion and change agent!
You will be people focused and will be able to add both strategic value and tactical support alongside building key relationships internally with the management team. You will partner with HR centers of excellence notably Talent Acquisition, Talent and Culture and Total Rewards to implement best practices in the region and ensure seamless delivery of global processes.
