Job Summary

The Director, People Business Partner is responsible for partnering with leaders to drive a highperformance culture and ensure a high level of talent density at Crexi. In this role, you will be a trusted partner and key cross-functional stakeholder, delivering people solutions and insights that enhance our organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Do:

  • Coaches and develops our leaders to strategically solve business and talent challenges. Establishes credibility and reliability as an efficient driver of issue resolution -- through facilitation, coaching others on how to solve their challenges, and through a partnership with other key members of the People Team.
  • Drives the project management and execution of critical People programs such as our biannual engagement reviews, success plans, management development programs and other employee lifecycle initiatives.
  • Acts as culture ambassador, championing our employee experience to drive a high-performing, collaborative and inclusive environment where our people can do their best work.
  • Collects and analyzes data to deliver insights and drive recommendations that optimize organizational health.
  • Leads change management initiatives, influencing and guiding team leaders on through organizational transformation. Guides teams through change strategies, communications and post-implementation assessments.
  • Identifies and supports the development of key talent to drive high performance and unlock full potential in our team members.
  • Conducts exit interviews and oversees offboarding experience to ensure a smooth transition in our employee lifecycle.

  • Expertise in employment laws and regulations, ideally with experience with the employment framework in California.

The anticipated base salary range for candidates who will work in Playa Vista, California location is $145,000-$220,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, which may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience applicable to the role and within the industry, education, geographic location, etc. Commercial Real Estate Exchange, Inc (“Crexi”) is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
