Job summary

CVS Health Caremark is seeking a Senior Clinical Advisor to deliver complex, customer-specific solutions and advance the myPBM platform. You’ll lead clinical strategy and work with PBM teams and executives to align priorities and drive measurable outcomes.

You will translate clinical insights into actionable plans, influence cross-functional strategy, and partner with customers to ensure operational excellence while supporting new technology implementations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmacist experience in customer relationship management or equivalent client-facing experience
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license
• Knowledge of PBM system technology
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to partner across business units to improve member, provider, and customer experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across levels

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams and operations to deliver on customer needs
• Serve as the go-to expert on PBM processes and systems
• Influence strategy and communications using clinical expertise
• Lead issue resolution and corrective action plans across teams
• Create materials on strategy, responsibilities, metrics and performance
• Mentor teams and drive day-to-day leadership and accountability
