• Lead payroll operations for 10,000+ employees across multiple states
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing with compliance at federal, state, and local levels
• Oversee union payroll activity and administration across multiple collective bargaining agreements
• Mentor and develop the payroll team to improve structure, accountability, and workflow
• Identify and implement improvements across payroll systems, controls, reporting, and processes
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and leadership on workforce growth and payroll strategy
