What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main coordination point for the Payments Efficiency commercial agenda within the NAM Market
- Drive client-development strategies and sales-enablement activities through thought leadership and industry expertise
- Provide pre-sales and sales engineering technical expertise to the sales team and customers
- Demonstrate and explain the organization's products at customer sites while providing feedback for product development
- Identify additional sales opportunities with existing customers and contribute to bid proposals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of specialized experience in payments solutions, account validation, or cross-border payment processing
- Strong understanding of internal and external business challenges and best practices
- Ability to work independently with guidance in complex situations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues in the specialized area
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence and guide others effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading function teams or projects
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth in a sales environment
- Familiarity with the Payments market and related technologies
- Ability to train and mentor team members effectively
- Experience in developing and implementing successful commercial strategies
