What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Serve as the main coordination point for the Payments Efficiency commercial agenda within the NAM Market
  2. Drive client-development strategies and sales-enablement activities through thought leadership and industry expertise
  3. Provide pre-sales and sales engineering technical expertise to the sales team and customers
  4. Demonstrate and explain the organization's products at customer sites while providing feedback for product development
  5. Identify additional sales opportunities with existing customers and contribute to bid proposals

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 7 years of specialized experience in payments solutions, account validation, or cross-border payment processing
  2. Strong understanding of internal and external business challenges and best practices
  3. Ability to work independently with guidance in complex situations
  4. Exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues in the specialized area
  5. Strong interpersonal skills to influence and guide others effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience leading function teams or projects
  2. Proven track record of driving pipeline growth in a sales environment
  3. Familiarity with the Payments market and related technologies
  4. Ability to train and mentor team members effectively
  5. Experience in developing and implementing successful commercial strategies
