About The Team

The Solutions Consultant team fosters a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

About The Role

The Solutions Consultant will play a critical role in supporting the qualification, architecting, pitching and some post-sales support of our Healthcare Solutions portfolio. The portfolio includes our Identity Verification Suite, Whole Person capability, Population Health, Provider Data Suite, Healthcare Market Data Insights, and the launch of our new Real-World Data solution suite.

Responsibilities

• Solution LexisNexis Health Care portfolio solutions to meet potential client qualifications, pain points, and needs. Solution should effectively meet the client success criteria and enable a sale
• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for each market segment to enhance solution line performance
• Collaborate with various departments, including Marketing, Product, Engineering, Strategy and Operations, to ensure seamless project execution
• Provide expert guidance on the deployment and utilization of our solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to drive business growth
• Willingness to learn and expand your skills to the solutions and markets you are unfamiliar with
• Ability to travel, as needed, to client meetings and conferences (up to 25%)
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors
• Proven problem-solving skills, be adept at identifying problems, and producing innovative solutions. This involves technical problem-solving and understanding the business context and constraints
• Effective tactical and strategic thinking skills by understanding short and long-term implications of solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LexisNexis solutions
• Knowledge of and experience working with healthcare data
• Background in clinical informatics or healthcare technology
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and information protection
