Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting focusing on healthcare payer business.
• 5+ years in Healthcare payer with expert-level domain knowledge in claims, provider, finance, enrollment, billing or utilization management.
• 3+ years leading large-scale engagements and client-facing roles.
• 3+ years Agile development methodology and program increment planning.
• 3+ years presenting to senior executives.
• Experience with two large scale core admin system implementations or migrations.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to enhance deliverables and productivity.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Copilot.
• Willing to travel domestically up to 25%.

• Lead matrixed teams across business, technology, operations and executives.
• Leverage AI-enabled solutions to strengthen delivery and insights.
• Document end-to-end solution state, processes and reference architecture.
