Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in advanced graduate program from an accredited institution.
• Three years of professional experience working at a college or university.
• Two years of professional experience in college-level academic advising or student success activities.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: develop and manage recruitment and retention plans for graduate and undergraduate students in collaboration with the Dean's Office, Admissions, Advisement Services Center.
• Retention: assist academic departments with yield efforts and provide application data as needed.
• Academic Advising: assist non-degree students and School of Education minors in course selection.
• Certification: serve as the university's certification specialist and assist with state/federal reporting.
• Student Success and Engagement: organize activities and workshops; manage orientations and student support.
• Assessment/Accreditation: aid in self-study and site visit processes.
