Ideal candidate will lead fundraising efforts, oversee donor relations, and serve as a strategic external representative for Prime Coalition. A track record of securing significant gifts and strong communication will be essential.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in fundraising or impact investing.
• Proven track record of securing multi-million dollar gifts.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct fundraising efforts to secure catalytic capital from philanthropists.
• Oversee donor engagement and maintain CRM records.
• Represent Prime externally as needed.
