GlobalGiving Foundation, Inc. seeks a Director for Partnership Development to drive new business for its core philanthropic offerings, shaping strategy, setting annual targets, and translating market intelligence into actionable plans across all products and services.

You will lead a team responsible for key segments—corporations, channels, individuals—and guide partnerships, growth initiatives, and upserve opportunities.

Responsibilities

• The Director for Partnership Development is responsible for new business development for GlobalGiving's core philanthropic offerings, including all products and services.
• This includes strategy development and execution, setting and realizing annual targets and key performance metrics, promoting our brand and unique value proposition, and maintaining a market presence and translating relevant market intelligence.
• The Director will be a trusted partner and advisor to prospects and clients, facilitating and optimizing their relationship with GlobalGiving.
• The Director will manage a team with accountability for key customer segments, primarily corporations, channels, and individuals, and secondarily, foundations and other institutional funders.
• The Director will advise on upserve potential with existing partners and clients and be a key informant in the organization for exploring product and service variations and adjacencies.

The Director for Partnership Development is responsible for new business development for GlobalGiving's core philanthropic offerings, including all products and services. This includes strategy development and execution, setting and realizing annual targets and key performance metrics, promoting our brand and unique value proposition, and maintaining a market presence and translating relevant market intelligence. In addition, the Director is expected to provide leadership in generating leads and closing new business that is mission-aligned and valuable to the organization. The Director will be a trusted partner and advisor to prospects and clients, facilitating and optimizing their relationship with GlobalGiving. The Director will manage a team with accountability for key customer segments, primarily corporations, channels, and individuals, and secondarily, foundations and other institutional funders.
