Kong Inc. in the United States seeks a Director of Partner Operations to design and scale the operating model for its partner ecosystem.

You will partner with Ecosystem leadership to automate processes, govern deal registration, attribution, and payouts, and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal. You will lead annual and quarterly partner planning, shape crediting rules, and build AI-enabled workflows with Salesforce, PRM, and CPQ integration.

Formación

• 10+ years in Partner or Channel Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy & Operations at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure software company.
• 3+ years leading partner operations with ownership of deal registration, rules of engagement, and partner attribution.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the strategic and operational partner to Ecosystem VP and Partner Sales leaders.
• Run an AI-assisted operating cadence—forecast and pipeline reviews, QBRs, and executive reporting.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning for the partner organization, including targets and capacity.
• Own the rules governing partner deals: registration, sourcing, crediting, lookback windows.
• Define and own partner-touched lead and deal workflows across ADR, PSD, and AE.
• Partner deal execution with Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to structure and book deals.
• Partner compensation and crediting with Incentive Compensation for channel-neutral crediting.
• Manage cloud marketplace operations across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and co-sell activities.
• Define partner KPIs and provide run-the-business views; ensure data quality.
• Define how partner marketing is measured; link MDF to registered deals and report pipelines.
