Kong is seeking a Director, Partner Operations to design the operating model that scales our partner business and cloud marketplace activities. You’ll own partner registration, deal structure, attribution, crediting, and payout with an AI-first approach to streamline workflows.

You will partner with the Ecosystem VP and Partner Sales leaders in Revenue Operations to run AI-assisted cadences, quarterly planning, governance, and executive reporting across Salesforce, PRM, and CPQ to accelerate

Formación

• 10+ years in Partner or Channel Operations at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure software company.
• 3+ years leading partner operations with ownership of deal registration and attribution.
• Experience operating a multi‑region partner ecosystem (GSIs, SIs, resellers, distributors, ISVs, hyperscalers).
• Hands‑on partner deal execution end‑to‑end across resale, referral, and cloud marketplace transactions.
• 3+ years leading partner planning: targets, quota, capacity, and channel-neutral crediting.

Responsabilidades

• Own the rules of engagement, deal registration, attribution, and crediting; automate them in systems.
• Define partner workflows for leads and deals across ADR, PSD, and AE with clear SLAs.
• Lead partner deal structuring, discounting, and bookings across resale, referral, and cloud marketplace routes.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to simplify channel deals and payouts.
• Build and maintain partner operating playbooks, onboarding, and training for routing rules.
