The Role at a Glance
The Director, Partner Experience develops strategies to engage, promote, and expand Brother Authorized Partners within the Commercial ecosystem. This role enhances the Partner Relationship Platform, making it a central, user-friendly resource hub. The director collaborates with various teams, evaluates and redesigns partner programs, and leads the Partner Experience Team.

Key Experience & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 10+ years in channel marketing, marketing communications, or related roles; 3+ years in the office supplies, software, or consumer electronics industry preferred.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Partner Relationship Management portals.
Other Skills: Creativity, time management, negotiation, relationship building, leadership, product launching, and social media campaigns.
Compensation & Schedule
This hybrid role involves up to 2 days remote work weekly and travel up to 50% of the time. Salary range: $165,000 - $180,000, with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.
