The Role at a Glance

The Director, Partner Experience develops strategies to engage, promote, and expand Brother Authorized Partners within the Commercial ecosystem. This role enhances the Partner Relationship Platform, making it a central, user-friendly resource hub. The director collaborates with various teams, evaluates and redesigns partner programs, and leads the Partner Experience Team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Channel Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement channel-specific marketing strategies aligning with sales and product teams.
  • Coordinate with CXC and Product Marketing to create effective partner-facing communications.
  • Increase Brother for Business visibility across partner platforms.
  • Support demand generation campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide co-branded materials supporting partner marketing efforts.
  • Establish the Brother for Business Excellence Center to educate and engage partners.

Channel Programs and Platforms

  • Define the Brother Partner ecosystem, personas, and journey experience.
  • Guide the Partner Experience Program manager to enhance PX portals.

Leadership and Team Management

  • Mentor and coach team members to meet goals.
  • Support team development with updated tools and platforms.
  • Communicate effectively to influence and motivate.
  • Lead by example, driving change and celebrating achievements.

Reporting and Other Duties

  • Prepare reports for internal groups.
  • Create presentations for stakeholders.
  • Assist with QBRs and events with the Commercial Sales team.

Key Experience & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience: 10+ years in channel marketing, marketing communications, or related roles; 3+ years in the office supplies, software, or consumer electronics industry preferred.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of Partner Relationship Management portals.

Other Skills: Creativity, time management, negotiation, relationship building, leadership, product launching, and social media campaigns.

Compensation & Schedule

This hybrid role involves up to 2 days remote work weekly and travel up to 50% of the time. Salary range: $165,000 - $180,000, with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.
