Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/public/natural resources management, project management, parks and recreation management, engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of full‑time professional management experience in business, parks and recreation, public administration, or related area.
• 2 years of administrator and/or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, natural resource stewardship, and recreation operations for PPAM and related facilities in partnership with agencies.
• Oversee golf course and cemetery operations to ensure safe, customer‑focused, and financially responsible service delivery.
• Coordinate contracts, permits, and compliance for construction, concessionaires, and special events.
• Provide budgeting, risk management, and strategic marketing alignment for PRCS enterprise operations.
• Lead long-range master planning, capital projects, and stakeholder engagement for inclusive service delivery.
