The role partners with Marketing, Creative, Operations and Product Development to deliver premium packaging for the Fenty line, with a hybrid schedule based in downtown SF.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level degree in packaging engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience with cosmetics packaging and GMP standards.
• Ability to collaborate with Creative, Marketing and Operations teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead packaging development from concept through manufacturing execution.
• Guide design, cost, and feasibility across projects and suppliers.
• Oversee packaging tooling, color submissions, and risk assessment.
• Manage a team of 2-5 packaging developers and coordinate with cross-functions.
