Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Product Management Director for Packaged Power Solutions to lead the product strategy for packaged gas turbine solutions across global power generation markets. You will translate market needs into differentiated offerings and drive portfolio development with cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will build partnerships with commercial, engineering, service, and operations, shape ecosystems and business models, and manage lifecycle and service integration to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 15 years in product management, business strategy, or related leadership roles within industrial/power-generation sectors.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence across matrix organizations.
• Solid understanding of power-generation systems and engineered equipment.
• Experience evaluating market opportunities, customer requirements, and business-model development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for packaged power generation solutions across key applications, regions, and market segments.
• Assess market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and technology developments to guide portfolio priorities.
• Translate market requirements into differentiated product offerings with commercial and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with service, operations, and partner organizations to support lifecycle services and execution.
