Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo is seeking a Director to lead the Financial Disbursements and Process Optimization within the USSC service line. You will oversee end-to-end P2P activities including AP, corporate cards, and travel/expense, ensuring compliance and efficiency across US-based global teams.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage complex tax strategies, and partner with regional centers of excellence to ensure successful go-lives and stabilized processes within S/4 HANA environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• CPA or global accounting certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end P2P processes for the USSC service line and monitor performance.
• Oversee SAP-based processes and ensure taxes and compliance for US entities.
• Drive continuous improvement and control activities (J-Sox) across disbursement functions.
