  • Lead the governance of the outsourced transaction management provider, setting clear expectations, coaching/enablement requirements, and accountability to deliver measurable portfolio outcomes aligned to strategic and operational objectives.
  • Define, document, and continuously improve the outsourced transaction management operating model (scope of services, RACI/decision rights, stage gates, controls, and standard work) and run the governance cadence to ensure consistent, risk-managed outcomes.
  • Govern the outsourced provider’s lease lifecycle and lease administration delivery (critical dates, renewals, terminations, compliance, payments, and documentation), ensuring SLA performance, data integrity, and timely issue resolution.
  • Own acquisition and divestment outcomes by governing the outsourced provider’s end-to-end execution, aligning internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Operations) on requirements and approvals, and managing escalations to remove blockers and deliver to plan.
  • Establish and enforce contractual, regulatory, and internal control requirements for the outsourced provider; ensure audit-ready documentation, compliance reporting, and financial stewardship for transaction and ongoing lease obligations.
  • Translate portfolio strategy into outcome targets (e.g., total occupancy cost, revenue, cycle time, compliance) and hold the outsourced provider accountable for delivering results through performance reviews, corrective action plans, and proactive forecasting.
  • Manage the outsourced provider relationship end-to-end, including staffing models, prioritization, service delivery planning, executive communications, and structured escalation paths to ensure business continuity and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain vendor scorecards (SLAs/KPIs, quality, cycle time, cost, and compliance), lead regular performance governance forums, and drive data-based decisions, benchmarking, and service improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement with the outsourced provider by identifying automation and process optimization opportunities, governing change implementation (controls, training, and adoption), and ensuring sustained performance gains via root-cause analysis and action tracking.
