Job summary

Aspen Grove Behavioral Hospital in Utah is seeking a licensed clinical supervisor to oversee medical and counseling services, provide group and individual therapy, and guide care planning.

The role emphasizes leadership, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support patients and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
• Five to eight years’ inpatient behavioral hospital experience.
• Active Utah clinical license required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong written and oral communication, time management, and crisis intervention.
• Maintain continuing education requirements for Utah licensure.
• Experience with adolescents preferred.
• 21+ years of age and able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Act as a working manager and deliver group and individual therapy sessions.

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapy REQUIRED
  • Five to eight years’ experience in an inpatient behavioral hospital setting.
  • Must have a valid/active clinical license in Utah.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, time management, and crisis intervention.
  • Keep current with continuing education requirements for Utah licensure.
  • Experience working with adolescents preferred
  • 21 years of age or older and able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
