Job summary

Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) seeks a Program Management II to lead the Outpatient Services Clinic. You will oversee staff, coordinate with the Medical Director and external partners, and drive program expansion for civil certification treatment across Colorado.

The role requires nine years of behavioral/mental health leadership experience, a Colorado license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP or LAC), and residency in Colorado. Expect comprehensive state benefits and a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Nine years of experience providing behavioral/mental health treatment or leadership.
• Must have a current, independent Colorado license as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LP or LAC.
• Residency in Colorado at the time of application and throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Outpatient Clinic team and related systems coordination.
• Manage outpatient clinic program expansion and related admissions.
• Hire allocated positions to implement the program within budget and timelines.
• Make staffing, contractor, and budget decisions; coordinate with Medical Director and state partners.
• Ensure compliance and coordinate with internal and external entities in the continuum of care.
• Regularly report implementation, audits, and outcomes to the Deputy Director of Outpatient Services.
