Bridgewell Sovner Center is seeking an experienced leader to oversee clinical and administrative functions of the outpatient behavioral health clinic. You will provide leadership to clinical staff, ensure quality services, and maintain regulatory compliance with Medicaid, private insurances, and state departments.

The role requires strong budgeting, coaching, and relationship-building with funding sources, while promoting Bridgewell values and DEIB initiatives.

Competenze

• Master's degree in related field.
• Current MA license as Clinical Psychologist (PsyD/PhD), LICSW, or LMHC.
• At least five years of full-time, supervised clinical experience after master’s degree, including two years in an administrative capacity.

Mansioni

• Hire, train, supervise and provide leadership to clinical staff.
• Collaborate with HR on employee concerns and development.
• Foster staff engagement and recognition.
• Maintain core training certifications for staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies.
• Oversee clinic budget and monthly reviews.
• Support on-call and after-hours triage for the clinic.
