Job summary

N.E.W. Community Clinic is seeking a Director of Behavioral Health Services to provide strategic and clinical leadership for its behavioral health programs.

The role focuses on developing, implementing, and integrating PCBH across service lines, with accountability for quality, access, outcomes, and financial performance. The Director will supervise staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements while driving growth

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, or related field is required.
• Current clinical license in Wisconsin in good standing is required.
• Minimum of five years in leadership within behavioral health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for NEWCC's behavioral health service line.
• Coordinate services across programs and locations to improve access and integration.
• Lead development and expansion of PCBH and other behavioral health services.
• Collaborate with clinical and organizational teams to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Recruit, develop, and supervise behavioral health staff and ensure fidelity to treatment models.
