Job summary

Achievement Centers for Children and Families in Delray Beach, FL seeks a Director of Education to lead OST programming, curriculum development, and program quality across three sites.

The role drives data-informed decision-making, staff development, and alignment with funding requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational priorities. Reports to the COO and collaborates with district partners and families to empower youth success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or similar field required; Master's preferred.
• Valid Florida Educator Certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years direct service in OST or related education settings.
• Strong leadership, data literacy, and program development experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for OST programs across three sites.
• Oversee curriculum development, materials, and instructional quality.
• Lead staff supervision, training, and performance coaching.
• Collaborate with partners to expand program offerings and ensure funding compliance.
• Use data to monitor progress and drive program improvements.
• Ensure alignment with organizational priorities and accreditation standards.
