Job summary

Atmos Energy is seeking an experienced organizational development professional to oversee onboarding, leadership programs, culture sustainment, and career development initiatives. You will collaborate across the enterprise to design and deliver solutions and tailor learning for teams.

You will facilitate interventions, apply varied instructional design methods, and mentor others, partnering with HR and Change Management to advance complex change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with six years of OD interventions and internal consulting experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Formal management experience and organization/job design knowledge required.
• Experience leading large scale HR or change management projects is preferred.
• Deep experience researching OD/HR topics with practical recommendations.
• Professional OD/HR certifications (CPLP, coaching, leadership development, etc.) highly desired.
• Strong communication with senior management and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee existing and new organizational development programs (onboarding, leadership development, culture sustainment).
• Collaborate in design, development, and delivery of OD solutions and culture programs.
• Partner with employees at all levels to translate needs into practical solutions.
• Facilitate change initiatives and tailor culture programs for targeted implementation.
• Lead program interventions in a credible, engaging manner for varied audiences.
• Apply multiple instructional design methods to create innovative learning solutions.
• Mentor department facilitators and develop other enterprise partners.
