Job summary

Envestnet is seeking an Oracle Fusion O2C specialist to own Receivables, AutoInvoice, RMCS configuration, and the billing-to-cash automation. You will partner with Finance and Billing to drive scalable, error-free processes across multiple billing platforms.

You will reduce manual work, configure AR, subscription management, and ensure SOX ITGC alignment while delivering high-impact improvements to the O2C lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years implementing, configuring, or supporting Oracle Fusion O2C modules (AR, AutoInvoice, Subscription Management)
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion AR configuration experience — AutoInvoice interface, customer model, transaction types, and period-close
• Experience directing engineering teams on billing platform integrations to Oracle AR
• Automation-first mindset: track record of eliminating manual billing and cash application processes
• Experience partnering with Finance and Billing stakeholders as a technology advisor
• Ability to direct engineers: write functional specs, validate integration designs, and hold teams to requirements

Responsibilities

• Own Oracle Fusion AR configuration and operations, including customer model, transaction types, AutoInvoice interface rules and tables, receipt methods, aging buckets, period-close processes, and customer master data quality.
• Maintain and govern billing-to-AR integrations across 5+ billing platforms, validating payload designs, resolving AutoInvoice errors, enforcing data quality standards, and directing Integration and Workato teams on functional requirements.
• Own Oracle RMCS configuration and operations, including contract identification, performance obligations, revenue recognition scheduling, exception resolution, ASC 606-aligned output validation, and expansion to additional lines of business.
• Configure and support Oracle Subscription Management and related SaaS billing-to-AR processes to ensure subscription models, billing account setup, and revenue arrangements are accurate and scalable.
• Build and enhance OTBI and BIP reporting for AR operations, aging analysis, billing reconciliation, revenue reporting, and audit-ready controls.
• Drive billing-to-GL and cash application automation using Oracle and Workato to reduce manual reconciliation, improve accuracy, shorten cycle time, and establish billing-to-GL accuracy SLAs.
