Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director of Operations Strategy to drive the operational agenda across PMO, integration, capacity planning and business continuity at sites including San Diego, CA. You will steer the strategy roadmap, manage cross-functional programs, and advance AI/data science initiatives to boost manufacturing performance.

The role reports to the Vice President, Global Operations, and offers on-site work with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in strategy, operations, program management, or business transformation preferred.
Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable impact.
Experience developing multi-year operational roadmaps and driving investments, capacity, or growth.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end project execution for key operational priorities across multiple sites.
Develop and manage the operational strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives and enterprise goals.
Lead integration planning and execution for major operational initiatives across teams and systems.
Prioritize and evaluate business cases to guide investment decisions and resource allocation.
Advance AI enablement and data science capabilities to improve performance and accelerate innovation.
