Position Summary

This team is responsible for accelerating transformation within the Ambient Supply Chain. Our team plays a critical role by serving as product partners—representing the business within a 4ITB framework to deliver impactful solutions.

What you’ll do

Own the technology roadmap for Supply Chain Operations

• Define and maintain an outcomes-driven roadmap aligned to operational priorities and long-term transformation goals.


• Translate business strategy and operational needs into prioritized capabilities, initiatives, and releases.


• Ensure roadmap decisions reflect business value, operational risk, customer and associate impact, and delivery feasibility.

Lead the team responsible for translating business needs into delivery-ready requirements

• Provide direction and oversight for Business Requirement Documentation, ensuring requirements are clear, complete, and aligned to intended outcomes.


• Establish effective intake, prioritization, and refinement practices in partnership with product and technology teams.


• Coach and develop team members while setting expectations for quality, accountability, and stakeholder partnership.

Drive prioritization across competing business and technology demands

• Partner with operations, product, and technology leaders to evaluate tradeoffs, align resources, and focus on the highest-impact work.


• Maintain visibility to dependencies, risks, timelines, and decisions that could affect delivery.

Represent the business through the 4ITB way of working

• Serve as the voice of Supply Chain Operations in product forums and cross-functional planning discussions.


• Ensure business objectives, operational realities, user needs, acceptance criteria, and success measures are clearly understood and reflected in product decisions.


• Build trusted partnerships with product, engineering, and operations leaders.

Lead critical defect escalation and resolution

• Establish effective processes for identifying, assessing, and escalating defects that impact supply chain operations.


• Coordinate with product and technology partners on mitigation plans, communication, root-cause analysis, and permanent resolution.


• Help identify opportunities to prevent recurring issues and improve operational stability.

Engage and influence key stakeholders

• Act as a front-line advocate for Supply Chain Operations across business and technology organizations.


• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly to senior leaders and partner teams.


• Build alignment across stakeholders with differing priorities and perspectives.

Salary

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Logistics Supply Chain, Communications, or related field and 5 years’ experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in retail, production, operations management, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience.
