Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or multi-site operations; proven cross-functional leadership.
• Certifications: Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt or comparable process-improvement certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise operations performance-management process with metric definitions, monthly reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Own governance for On-Time and In-Full delivery performance, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Develop and sustain the branch operating system, standard work, and management routines in partnership with regional teams.
• Lead labor-management strategy with productivity measures and labor standards in collaboration with HR.
