BlueLinx Corporation in Denver seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping, and to drive accuracy and efficiency.

You will lead a team, monitor inventory, enforce safety standards, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve delivery performance.

Competenze

• 4+ years of logistics experience in a warehousing environment (1+ year of supervisory experience preferred).
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant logistics tools.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and project management (a plus!).

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Ensure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Motivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes.
• Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilities.
• Develop and uphold safety programs, adhering to OSHA and DOT regulations.
