Job summary

BlueLinx is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality control, and maintain safety standards. You will lead receiving, storage, and shipping while driving accuracy and on-time fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in warehousing/logistics, supervisory experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and a continuous improvement mindset are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of logistics experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics tools.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping
• Ensure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations
• Motivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goals
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes
• Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilities
• Develop and uphold safety programs, adhering to OSHA and DOT regulations
