Job summary

A.T. Still University seeks a Director of Curricular Coordination and Support for the Online Postprofessional DPT program.

This role leads curriculum implementation, recruitment, retention, and daily program operations, working with the Department Chair and staff to advance strategic initiatives. The position oversees curriculum development, course design, program assessment, admissions, and resource planning, ensuring accreditation standards and university policies are met.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in teaching/education or physical therapy or related field.
• 3-5 years of university/academic experience in program coordination, recruitment, marketing, and faculty/staff/student support.
• Strong organizational, budgeting, and project management skills; proficiency with LMS and instructional technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum development and delivery with Instructional Designer and PT content experts to ensure quality learning experiences.
• Support consistent course design, curricular updates, assessment, and program evaluation; develop orientation modules for students and faculty.
• Oversee program curriculum and operations to implement strategic plans and achieve outcomes.
• Coordinate and manage daily operations of the program; supervise faculty and staff.
• Recruit, guide, and advise online postprofessional DPT students; conduct exit interviews and surveys.
• Oversee admissions process, review applications, and support degree planning.
• Identify, justify, and allocate resources and budgetary needs; monitor budget.
• Ensure compliance with university accreditation standards and reporting.
• Collaborate with administration and other departments; participate in committees and events.
• Provide programmatic oversight of the online Postprofessional DPT Program.
