Qualifications

• Experience leading biomarker and translational medicine strategies in oncology.
• Strong track record in late-phase oncology studies and translational research within clinical development.
• Ability to design and execute regulated biomarker assays and biomarker plans.
• Experience with high-dimensional data analysis and integration of real-world datasets.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive design, alignment, and execution of biomarker strategies for late-stage oncology programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable patient stratification and go/no-go decisions.
• Validate and implement biomarker strategies including PD, target engagement, and mechanism biomarkers.
• Represent Translational Medicine in Clinical Development Matrix Teams to embed biomarker criteria into study designs.
• Identify and adopt cutting-edge biomarker technologies and external partnerships.
• Deliver high-quality biomarker data packages informing regulatory strategies.
