Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in clinical and drug development in biotech/pharma.
• Master’s degree or higher with 7+ years in clinical and drug development in biotech/pharma.
• PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects per the global asset development strategy.
• Facilitate alignment with key functions and stakeholders and ensure communication.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans within the enterprise system.
• Provide visuals of project plans for teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure understanding, alignment and achievement of goals, milestones and deliverables.
• Plan, track, and manage milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Lead planning sessions and define project scope with cross-functional teams.
• Implement risk management practices and oversee project budgets.
• Coordinate team meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
