Job summary

Immunome, Inc. is seeking an experienced Associate Director/Director, Clinical Science to shape clinical strategy and lead development across our oncology portfolio in the United States.

The role demands scientific rigor in study design, data interpretation, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will partner with Clinical Development leadership to guide early and late‑phase trials, author vital documents, and ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory expectations

Qualifications

• PhD/MD/PharmD or equivalent in life sciences with 5+ years in clinical development (oncology preferred).
• Experience designing and executing oncology trials, including protocol development.
• Proven track record authoring key clinical documents and contributing to regulatory submissions.
• Experience interpreting clinical and translational data and presenting findings to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define clinical strategy and integrated development plans for assigned programs.
• Lead the scientific execution of clinical studies across multiple functions (Clinical Ops, Data Mgmt, Biostatistics, PK/PD, Safety).
• Oversee CROs and vendors to ensure data quality and protocol alignment.
• Author/review protocols, IBs, CSRs, and regulatory submissions; support health authority interactions.
• Mentor clinical scientists and drive cross-functional alignment.
