Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of commercial real estate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisitions sourcing for office properties in the DC market.
• Underwrite and due diligence for acquisitions and capital structures.
• Coordinate with CIO, VP of Acquisitions, and internal teams on deal execution.
