Job summary

Lincoln Property Company seeks a Director of Acquisitions & Development to drive market expansion and densification strategies. You will lead underwriting, due diligence, and feasibility modeling to maximize returns while coordinating with multiple departments to meet project milestones.

The role is 100% in-office, requiring collaboration with senior leaders to align project requirements, costs, and profitability with company goals across the United States and key markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s in real estate development a plus.
• Minimum 5–7 years in real estate development, architecture, construction management, urban planning, or related field.
• Strong understanding of development process: entitlements, design, permitting, construction.
• Excellent organizational skills across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate new real estate acquisition and development opportunities.
• Lead underwriting and financial modeling to assess investment viability.
• Oversee due diligence and site evaluations; advise on site selections.
• Coordinate with departments to meet milestones and objectives.
• Manage entitlements, design, construction and scheduling processes.
• Develop feasibility models including capital costs budgeting and pro forma returns.
• Understand entitlements and approval procedures; manage multiple projects.
