The incumbent will design and supervise vascular and restorative care, coordinate with wound physicians, and ensure the program advances resident outcomes while maintaining survey readiness and staff competency.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN license in the practice state.
• Minimum three years nursing experience, with wound care background.
• Experience with regulatory surveys and compliance.
• Proficiency with electronic health records, especially PointClickCare.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead wound care program: assessment, treatment, and documentation for skin conditions.
• Oversee restorative nursing program design, staff supervision, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate wound consults, therapy, and specialty referrals, ensuring timely implementation.
• Maintain readiness for surveys and regulatory reviews.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurse practitioners to develop and revise orders.
