Job summary

RestorixHealth is seeking a Program Operations Director-RN to lead nursing operations across wound care centers. You will collaborate with physicians and staff to drive performance and patient outcomes, while aligning center operations with RXH standards.

The role focuses on leadership, strategic planning, and budget management to optimize program utilization and clinical excellence in a fast-evolving wound care environment.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN preferred; Magnet Hospitals experience noted.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• 3 years nursing management or hospital service line experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold hospital partner reports/operations and collaborate with RXH staff.
• Solve problems and troubleshoot issues between centers and partners.
• Manage clinic/operational center employees’ performance and training.
• Be visible in wound clinic and HBO suite demonstrating leadership by example.
• Coordinate with Medical Director on RXH’s Performance Improvement Plan.
