Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Director of Workforce Partnership (Healthcare) in Milton, GA. This on-site, permanent role is 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday 8a–5p, with a salary between $85,000 and $100,000 per year plus benefits.

You will build employer partnerships across healthcare and local industry, oversee student readiness initiatives, secure externships and direct hiring opportunities, and collaborate with academic leaders to align graduate skills with workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Higher Ed, HR, or Counseling preferred.
• Demonstrated success in building employer engagement networks.
• Passion for student success and graduate placement rates.
• Experience in community outreach and partnership development.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term employer engagement strategies across healthcare, business, and local industry sectors.
• Oversee campus-wide student readiness initiatives, including resume building and interview preparation.
• Secure hands-on training, externship pathways, and direct hiring opportunities for students.
• Collaborate with academic leaders and employer advisory boards to align graduate skills with workforce needs.
• Maintain rigorous standards for verification audits and student outcome reporting.
