Qualificações

• Experience managing large-scale website ecosystems with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong governance of content models, naming conventions, and publishing QA processes.
• Ability to translate business goals into technical website requirements and roadmaps.
• Proven track record coordinating internal teams and external agencies/vendors.
• Familiarity with cannabis advertising restrictions and regulated industries is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the cannabis retail website suite end to end, including quality, performance, uptime, and user experience, and be accountable for business results.
• Manage agency partner relationships and vendor performance, including priorities, scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Validate agency deliverables against requirements, brand standards, compliance rules, and measurable impact.
• Coordinate Contentful operations, including pages, modules, images, metadata, and publishing workflows.
• Establish and enforce website governance standards and publishing QA workflows within Contentful.
• Own the website roadmap and intake process, prioritizing requests from marketing, compliance, retail, and development teams.
