Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Director of Web and Digital Strategy to lead and execute the enterprise digital roadmap across all company websites and social channels. The role combines hands-on WordPress development with strategic leadership, aligning content, technology, and analytics to preserve each unit’s brand.

You will partner with Marketing and Communications leadership to shape direction, prioritize work, and govern digital initiatives while driving performance, accessibility, and platform

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive web and digital experience with hands-on WordPress delivery.
Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, integration, and troubleshooting skills.
Working knowledge of PHP, hosting, analytics, and accessibility.
Portfolio demonstrating technical delivery and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver the enterprise digital roadmap across websites and social channels.
Own technical delivery, coaching, and priority setting for the digital team.
Direct hands-on WordPress development and site operations, including integrations.
Governance, SEO, analytics, and continuous improvement of digital properties.
